How to Make a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026
Goldenyards Floor Coating wants to treat every homeowner fairly. If something goes wrong, tell us. This page shows how to raise a concern and what happens next. It is a general template, not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us About
You can contact us about:
- A call or message with Goldenyards Floor Coating that went badly
- How we handled or protected your personal data
- Anything on the site that looks wrong or confusing
- How a provider we referred you to behaved
If the Problem Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent companies. Each one handles its own quotes, prices, products, warranties, and customer care. If you are unhappy with a floor coating job, raise it with the provider first. Do it in writing and keep copies.
Please tell us too. Your report helps us keep the network honest. Providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. But Goldenyards Floor Coating cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, refund a provider's charges, or act on a provider's behalf.
How to Send a Complaint
Email contact@goldenyards.property. Please include:
- Your name and contact details
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's company name, if you know it
- A short summary of what happened and what outcome you want
What We Do Next
We will confirm we got your email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into it. That may include speaking with the provider. After that, we will tell you what we found and what we plan to do.
If You Are Still Unhappy
If our reply does not settle things, write back and ask for a second review. You can also contact your state attorney general, your state consumer protection office, or your local Better Business Bureau. If the provider is a licensed contractor, your state licensing board may be able to help too.
