When you call, you reach an independent provider in our network. Not a Goldenyards Floor Coating crew. Goldenyards Floor Coating doesn't do floor work, so there's no one on our side to send out. The provider you reach runs their own business and does their own jobs.

What the Provider Will Ask You

Expect a few simple questions:

• Is the floor in a garage, basement, patio or inside the home?
• How big is it?
• Is it bare concrete, painted, or already coated?
• Do you see cracks, oil stains, peeling or moisture?
• How old is the home?

Photos help. Short answers are fine.

What to Ask Them

Ask these before you agree to anything:

• How will you prep the slab?
• Which coating do you suggest, and why?
• How long before I can walk on it, and park on it?
• Is the quote in writing?
• What does care look like after?
• What happens if the coating peels?

A good provider answers without fuss. Vague answers about prep are a warning sign.

The Decision Is Yours

Talking to a provider doesn't lock you in. Get a written quote. Compare it. Take your time. Goldenyards Floor Coating doesn't push you toward any provider and doesn't set the price.

Your Part After the Work

Coat it, then care. Ask the provider for cleaning and cure instructions. Skip harsh cleaners. Wipe up spills. Fix small chips early.
