Disclaimer for Goldenyards Floor Coating

Last updated: October 2026

This disclaimer covers all content on goldenyards.property. Read it before you rely on anything here. It is a general template, not legal advice.

We Refer, We Don't Install

Goldenyards Floor Coating is a referral and marketing service. We connect homeowners with independent epoxy, polyaspartic, and concrete floor coating providers. We do not grind, repair, coat, or seal floors. An independent provider does any work at your home. Goldenyards Floor Coating never does.

A Referral Is Not an Endorsement

When we refer a provider, we are not vouching for them. We make no promise about their quality, timing, price, look of the finish, or how long it lasts. We also cannot promise a provider has room for your job at a given time. Each provider answers for its own licenses, insurance, warranties, and conduct.

General Information Only

This site gives general information. It is not professional, engineering, legal, or financial advice. Every slab is different. Moisture, cracks, old coatings, and weather can change what your floor needs. Talk to a qualified provider about your own floor.

About Prices

Prices on this site are typical U.S. ranges. They are not quotes. Your cost depends on floor size, floor condition, the prep needed, and the system you pick. Get a written estimate from the provider before work starts.

How Coatings Perform

A coating's results depend on prep, the product, how it is applied, and how the floor is used. Claims here about stain or UV resistance are general. They differ by product. Ask the provider about the exact products and warranty for your job.

Safety

Floor coating work creates grinding dust and uses chemical products. Follow the provider's directions on staying out of the work area, airing out the space, and cure times.

How Goldenyards Floor Coating Gets Paid

Providers or marketing partners may pay Goldenyards Floor Coating when we connect them with homeowners. See our Referral Marketing Disclosure for details.

Accuracy

We try to keep this site correct and current. We cannot promise it is complete or without errors.
